1. Patient Information Questionnaire: Complete the questionnaire to help us to get to know you. We will use this information to help formulate your care program.
2. Consultation: You will meet with Michael who will review your health history and determine if he can assist you.
3. Examination: An examination will be performed to determine the cause(s) of your problem.
4. Review of Findings: Before care is rendered, Michael will review the findings with you, answer all of your questions, and give you specific recommendations.
5.Treatment: Michael will explain to you what he is going to do depending on what you want and what he thinks may benefit you the most. The treatment will assist your body to begin the process of healing itself.
6. Additional Procedures: He may also offer you other suggestions to assist you in your self-healing process.
