1. Patient Information Questionnaire: A questionnaire will be e-mailed to you to help us to get to know you. We will use this information to help formulate your care program.
2. Consultation: During the consultation in-person or through video, Dr Michael will review your health history with you and determine if he can assist you.
3. Review of Findings: Before care is rendered, Michael will review the findings with you, answer all of your questions, and give you specific recommendations to assist you in your self-healing process.
